Commissioned by Bunkier Sztuki in Kraków, Sea Walrus Sits Wild Play Soon on East, Sunrise was Raskin's first invitation to conceive an installation through the lens of mindfulness, bringing their spiritual practice and pedagogy into a collaboratively generated artwork. The commission included three local art students—Magdalena Kościsz, Władysław Markowski, and Katarzyna Olma—selected by Bunkier Sztuki. Over the five-week production process, Raskin led conversations about power dynamics and hierarchies that resulted in a negotiation with the institution to properly credit the assistants and equitably distribute the artist fee. The site-sensitive installation centered on a large woven painting and giant god's eye sculpture, complemented by a lounge with a library and record listening station. Utilizing theatrical gels, light projected through the woven framework to produce a rainbow, manifesting the collective dialogue of its makers. An exchange with Raskin's band Peebls was also facilitated by the artist.
