Mounted at Guild & Grayskull Gallery in New York, this work was composed of an exterior-facing window-drawing installation visible from the street, backlit by orange lighting, with collage motifs including clouds, barbed-wire fencing, and various pieces of heavy equipment. The project referenced Raskin's experience being detained by police and issued a citation for trespassing while photographing a trainyard in Western North Carolina. Inside the gallery, viewers encountered the same orange light and over 100 linear feet of large-scale collages depicting landscapes in successive phases of destruction and disarray, evoking the aftermath of either an atomic strike or natural disaster. Raskin also constructed a large dropped ceiling between two columns at the center of the gallery, creating a bunker-like space that compressed the spatial experience—a place where viewers could huddle as if the collages depicted actual destruction forewarning an imminent disaster. The collages were installed on the gallery walls about six feet from the perimeter of the lowered ceiling. Motifs of pending war and destruction were extended in the form of discrete collages in a second room of the gallery similarly washed in orange light.
