This installation at Milliken Gallery in Stockholm represents the second and expanded iteration of the Control Room component from Command and Control, which premiered at Park Avenue Armory in New York. The expansion incorporated two additional large-scale abstract collages flanking the original collage behind the control room desk. Beyond the Control Room, viewers passed into a site-sensitive installation composed of a hallway constructed from a floating OSB floor, illuminated below with red light. Beyond the passageway were chrome-colored plywood cutouts of chain-link fencing surrounding a hole in the raised floor. From here, the viewer passed through a diamond-shaped opening and down a flight of stairs into a suite of approximately twenty sculptures made from the remnants of war-themed children's toys and spent firecrackers. Finally, the viewer encountered a display of drawings that Raskin created on-site at Titan Missile Museum in Arizona which depicted the topside of the Titan Missile silo. Elements from this same work appeared for a third time at the Istanbul International Biennial curated by WHW in 2009.
